Foreigners cannot hold freehold title (Hak Milik) directly, but can legally acquire property through a leasehold agreement, a Hak Pakai title, or by setting up a foreign-owned company (PT PMA). We will guide you to the structure that best fits your plans.
Freehold means full and permanent ownership of the land and building. Leasehold gives you the right to use the property for a fixed period, usually 25 to 30 years, often with an option to extend.
Every listing goes through legal due diligence, including certificate checks at the land office, zoning verification, building permits (PBG), and seller identity checks, together with a licensed notary.
